We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
3. Service Area
We primarily serve the greater San Francisco and San Jose Bay Area. Requests outside this region may be declined or subject to additional travel, staffing, or logistical fees.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once written confirmation is provided by CV Photo Casino. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation is issued. We recommend early booking to secure your desired event date.
5. Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. Full payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of services without liability to CV Photo Casino.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges.
- Any refunds, if applicable, are issued at the sole discretion of CV Photo Casino based on costs already incurred.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details including location, date, time, guest count, and setup requirements.
Any changes must be communicated in advance. Last-minute changes may not be guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
8. Equipment & Damages
All equipment provided remains the property of CV Photo Casino. Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling during the event.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the client.
9. Liability Waiver
CV Photo Casino shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or disruption during or after an event, except where directly caused by proven negligence of our staff.
Clients assume full responsibility for maintaining a safe event environment.
10. Photography & Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event, CV Photo Casino reserves the right to capture photos and videos during events for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes.
No compensation is provided for the use of such media.
11. Force Majeure
CV Photo Casino is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, illness, transportation issues, or government restrictions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
